A lot of good accurate information written so that non-doctors can understand it. I am a dentist who helps treat sleep apnea patients, and I plan to keep a few copies in my office to let patients read.

If you don't get along with your CPAP

Dr.s Patel and Dillard absolutely nailed it. You have options, and most physicians will conveniently leave out the options detailed in this book, even though there are rigorous studies showing efficacy of non-CPAP options. If you have been given a CPAP and do not use it all night every night, you owe it to yourself to get educated on the alternatives, and this book is a great start.
